People are the greatest asset of any organization. RSCI’s Leadership Team is bound by shared values, vision, mission, and depth of trust in working together. Each team member operates within their area of greatest skill and passion.
Zeke Johnson
President
Zeke has been with RSCI since 1998. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and Construction Manager in the state of Idaho. Zeke works closely with the project teams to provide support throughout all phases of a project.
Sal Varela
Senior Project Manager
Sal has been with RSCI since 2007. He is a licensed Construction Manager in the state of Idaho. Sal has experience managing a variety of design-bid-build and alternate delivery method projects for local, state, and federal government agencies.
Trent Dyksterhouse
Senior Project Manager
Trent has been with RSCI since 2007. Trent has experience managing a variety of design-bid-build and alternate delivery method projects for private industrial, local, state, and federal government agencies.
Matt Wilson
Senior Project Manager
Matt has been with RSCI since 2014. Matt has experience managing a variety of design-bid-build and progressive design-build projects for local, state, and federal government agencies.
Garrett Millburn
Resource Manager
Garrett has been with RSCI since 2013. Garrett works closely with our project teams to manage equipment and labor resources on a corporate scale.
Matt Howard
Corporate HR and Safety Manager
Matt has been with RSCI since 2012. Matt works closely with our project teams, as well as our office and field staff, to support all aspects of safety and personnel including Jobsite Hazard Analysis, inspections and trainings.
