Community
As one of our CORE VALUES, building and supporting our COMMUNITY is a key building block that makes us RSCI. We believe in the importance of bettering all of the communities we work in as well as the community within the RSCI family.
Annually, our employees participate in several community events including Paint the Town, Rake Up Boise, Adopt-a-Highway, and food drives.
Besides working closely together, our teams regularly host jobsite lunches and we get together as an entire company twice a year for “Family Day” each summer and a year-end “Company Meeting”.
